My Body.
Dear Body, I want you to know
That you are infinite stardust in human form.
That the universe mustered you up with the intention of exploring humanism with an essence of curiosity, an aura of bliss and a body unique beyond measure.
I want you to know that I am grateful to embody this being as my vessel to venture through the earth one day at a time.
I want you to know that you are enough in all your forms. That your simplicity and complexities make up the physical being that carries me through this life.
This skeleton a constellation, this skin its shield, protecting my wandering soul.
That each imprint on this canvass is a part of my story, so every mark, every crease, every curve is an emblem of gratitude for the body that carries me through this life.
With love,

Good Company.
There is comfort in the physical proximity of a loved one. The way that you can feel their presence in a room and the warmth in the familiarity. Coffee in hand at a table of good company, three individuals who bring love and light into my life. Although we are in silence I feel complete fulfilment of this moment. The physical proximity of loved ones around me is providing an essence of joy and bliss in the now.
Express gratitude for the people in your life that can fill your heart cup with by sharing space in a room. With love, Sarah M. Williamson |
Change of Seasons.
|
The earth is in constant motion. Consistent beautiful movement at her own pace. The change of seasons always reminds me of the temporary nature that is life. The leaves begin to fall and fade into the earth. Grounded and await rebirth in the spring. The snow is sure to come and sprinkle the earth tone ground with a magical sparkle of white. These shifts are reminders of the time passing and the change ever flowing. Bring awareness to the change of the seasons and the lessons it teaches us; to be patient in times of difficulty for a leaf will turn soon and to soak up the love in times of bliss for the winds of change are always coming. Appreciate the movement in the change of seasons. With love, Sarah M. Williamson |
Nature.
There is purity in the vast beauty of the earth. One that has always found a way of captivating me in various moments. There is an essence of limitlessness when embracing nature in all its forms.
This weeks gratitude is paying tribute to the magical gift that is embedded in the earth around us. The intention this week in order to express such thankfulness is to get outside and go slow. Take a leisurely stroll to appreciate the simple moments when connected to nature.
Feel the crunch of the leaves below your feet or the softness of the snow.
Hear your footsteps make temporary imprints on the ground you walk upon.
Breathe in the crisp air, bring awareness to how that air seeps into your lungs.
Look up, acknowledge the seemingly boundless nature of the skyline.
See the whole picture of where you are walking.
Then take a moment to pause.
Narrow your vision to just one leaf, one branch, or one flower.
Send your gratitude with the wind.
Connect to nature.
Take a moment this week to go slow and appreciate the infinite magic that exists in nature of all forms.
